We answer the most frequently asked questions (FAQ) about our gift boxes, from delivery to returns.

  • We make use of reliable couriers.
  • Your boxes should be delivered at the given address between 4-7 working days for all central cities from payment received.
  • Please note that delivery can take up to 10 working days for remote locations.
  • Please take weekends and public holidays into account when calculating this.
  • Please note our courier is scheduled for every Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoons.
  • We make use of an external courier provider, so unfortunately we are unable to guarantee delivery on a specific date, but we will try our utmost best to deliver the gift as close as possible to the requested date.
  • Please remember to take our lead times into consideration when placing an order.
  • We always strive to make a plan to assist you or a loved one to celebrate that special moment, so if you require an urgent delivery, please WhatsApp us on +27 82 887 4454, and we will do our best to try an assist.

You will receive an email as soon as your order has been dispatched. Please follow the link in the email to track your order.

We are currently making use of an external courier company and for that reason we don’t have the option to deliver over the weekend yet.

Yoco gateway gives you the opportunity to make an EFT payment. Please make use of this service at check out if you would like to pay via EFT.

Please send an address changes via WhatsApp +27 82 887 4454. A change in address my incur an extra cost. Your address can be changed as long as the gift box has not yet been collected by our courier service.

We have partnered with Yoco, a secure payments processing service provider, so you can make online purchases with peace of mind.

There is a flat rate of R100 for deliveries. Any orders over R1000 qualify for free delivery. Note that the free delivery only applies if the individual order exceeds R1000. Any multiple orders made separately by the same person or company do not qualify for the free delivery if each order falls under R1000, but together total over the R1000 quota.
